La Flambée Restaurant in Bergerac: A meeting of flavours

Our chef invites you to discover new seasonal flavours with our traditional French cuisine. We offer food that has been transformed in our kitchen from fresh, natural produce. La Flambée has just renewed its « Maître restaurateur » certification.

Every week the fish served in our restaurant is bought at the Cotinière (17) fish market in order to offer you a choice of high quality, fresh fish.
